Reserveringen voor groepen
Jopenkerk Haarlem has 3 areas available for (group) reservations:
- The Grand Café
For (netwerk) events, lunch, drinks and bites, café dinner or walking dinner.
The café with bar is an open public area at ground level. The café is wheelchair accessible.
Reservations are possible from Sunday until Thursday, based on availability.
At the weekend or during holidays we do not place reservations in the café, as everyone is always welcome to walk in.
The café cannot be rented out for private event, however we can make table reservations for part of the cafe. Reservations in the café are possible up to 120 people.
- The Restaurant
For (private) events, lunch, drinks and bites, (group)dinner or walking dinner.
The restaurant is situated on the first floor and is only accessible through the stairs from the café.
It is possible to rent out the upstairs area against a turnover fee. We can seat up to 85 people at the table, or 90 people standing.
Reservations for (group)dinner are possible from Wednesday until Saturday, depending on our availability.
- “The Vicarage”
Private room at ground level. Perfect for meetings, parties, private drinks and bites, lunch or dinner.
- The rental of the Vicarage is €250,- per day, including the use of the lcd-tv screen and soundsystem.
On Friday and Saturday evening we have a turnover fee of + €500,- excluding rental of the room. We can seat up to 30 people at a table or up to 45 people standing for drinks and bites.
For certain reservations concerning renting out (part of) our areas on specific days/times we ask a turnover fee. More information about this can be requested through email haarlem@jopenkerk.nl
Groepslunch opties
We can serve up to 85 people at once for a group lunch. We have lunch every day, depending on the availability. Inquiries for groups larger than 15 people we would like to hear at least 2 weeks in advance.
For groups of 10 people or more:
- Sandwich lunch €12,80 pp:
This lunch consists of 1 croquette sandwich and 1 petit pain pistollette served in half with 2 various toppings. - Table lunch €18,50 pp:
This lunch consists of various types of baked bread, plates with cheese and meats, hard boiled eggs, green salad and fresh orange juice. - Exclusive lunch €27,50 pp:
This lunch consists of soup of the day (vegetarian), baskets of bread, plates with cheese and meats, croquettes, sweet toppings, hard boiled eggs, green salad, and includes fresh orange juice and milk.
- Optional with beertasting at the end of the lunch. 3 tasting glasses 15cl Jopenbeer €10,- pp.
We always like to keep in mind any dietary wishes and or allergies. Of course, it is also possible to personalize the lunch offer.
All drinks are charged on subsequent calculation.
Lunch from our cafékaart is possible up to 25 people. For groups larger than 15 we ask to inform us about the menu choices at least 48 hours beforehand by email haarlem@jopenkerk.nl
Diner opties
We can serve up to 85 people at once for group dinner in our restaurant on the 1st floor.
Diner for groups is possible from Wednesday until Saturday, depending on our availability.
Inquiries for group dinners with more than 15 people we would like to hear at least 2 weeks in advance. We would like to receive the inventory list with names, menu choices and any dietary requirements at least 1 week beforehand by email.

For groups with more than 15 people:

Of course it is possible to personalize the group dinner offer.

Want to know more about beer tasting? Discover it at Jopen! Our beersommeliers are happy to explain more about our beers. You will get 5 tasting glasses 15cl, of course with some snacks, per person 4 fried snacks, a portion with olives, cheese and pita hummus), for a delicious and fun afternoon.
Not yet 18? Or do you not want alcoholic beverages? It is possible to order 3 other drinks as well, instead of the 5 tasting glasses.
Please inform us of any dietary wishes or food allergies* beforehand. *Unfortunately, gluten free is not possible, since all the beers and bites contain gluten.
De High Beer is ideaal voor een gezellige borrel, dagje uit, en kan ook dienen als gevarieerd voorgerecht. De bier-spijscombinaties zijn met zorg samengesteld door het team van de Jopenkerk. Deze proeverij lijkt op een high tea, maar dan vervangen we de thee door Jopenbier. Deze proeverij bestaat uit 3 proefglazen (15cl) Jopenbier met 6 bijpassende huisgemaakte hapjes per persoon. De bier-spijscombinaties zijn speciaal samengesteld door het team van de Jopenkerk. Jopenbier versterkt het gerechtje waardoor er een unieke smaakbeleving ontstaat. De bier-spijscombinaties zijn een beleving op zich. Tijdens het arrangement krijg je uitleg over de Jopenbieren die geserveerd worden en de bijpassende hapjes. De hapjes die geserveerd worden bestaan uit vis en-vleesgerechten. Indien vegetarische of vegan hapjes gewenst zijn dit graag vooraf doorgeven
Mochten er speciale dieetwensen of allergieën zijn dan kunnen wij hier uiteraard rekening mee houden mits van tevoren aan ons doorgegeven. Indien er personen van uw gezelschap geen bier drinken kunnen zij twee andere drankjes naar keuze bestellen zoals wijn of frisdrank, we attenderen je erop dat de beleving van bier- en spijscombinaties dan wel verloren zullen gaan.

Tasting flight bierproeverij €15,- pp
Available Sunday to Thursday.
3 tasting glasses of Jopenbeer 15cl, selected by our bartender, and 2 “Bitterballen” per person and explanation about the beers during the beertasting.
